What are your opening times?
- Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
- Sunday: Closed
What happens if there is an emergency outside of L&A’s opening times?
We have a dedicated 24 hour mobile number for both Landlord and Tenants to contact us should there be an emergency outside of our opening hours.
Do you let commercial properties?
No. We are a local independent business that solely focuses on the letting and management of residential properties in the private rented sector.
Do you manage properties nationally?
At present we are a single office based company located in Wednesfield, Wolverhampton, our majority of properties are located across Walsall and Wolverhampton, however we do manage properties as far as South Staffordshire, Dudley, Sandwell and Cannock.
Do you charge for valuations?
We do not charge to come out and provide a rental assessment of your property and our fees are only payable once a tenancy has been secured, not before. However, we do ask that we have at least one month’s exclusivity in order for us to suitably assess applicants and provide the best tenant for your property.
Do you charge for advice?
We aim to provide a high level of service to both Landlord and tenants, we therefore, when applicable, offer free advice in order to create a high standard of best practice within our business sector.
How quickly can you put my property on the market?
We endeavour to have all properties listed on our website the same day we receive instruction, they are then uploaded onto www.onthemarket.com, www.zoopla.co.uk and www.primelocation.com the following day.
Does L&A Lettings have any affiliations?
We are members of The United Kingdom Association of Letting Agents (UKALA) along with Midland Landlord Accreditation Scheme (MLAS) where all our staff have received individual accreditation. We are also a registered business with the Property Redress Scheme, Client Money Protect and Federation of Small Businesses.
How will my property be advertised?
All our properties are listed on our website as well as two of the main property portals and the West Midlands council’s portal www.westmidlandshomes.org.uk
Property details are also presented in our shop window and there are brochure pages displayed inside.
