Meeting with Housing Minister

We were really pleased today when Lyndon and Richard were given an opportunity to address the new Parliamentary Under Secretary of State (Minister for Rough Sleeping and Housing) – Eddie Hughes MP via ‘Teams’ at Westminster.
They were able to present cases against the current restrictions on deposits and the continual use, by some councils, of the revenue generating misuse of selective licensing!!
They also presented a case against the proposed new legislation abolishing S21 evictions, whilst agreeing that a landlord register in England would be a positive move providing there is little or no cost impact to Landlords.
